Celebrative Beer characterized by the originality of unusual ingredients, closely linked to the territory such as the Annurca apple and the must of Pallagrello grapes, native grape variety of the Alto Caserta area. Dark copper color. Beige foam, fine and compact. Fruity nose is well highlighted, with hints of red fruit in spirit. The sip has a sweet entrance thanks to the malts used and the cooked must of Pallagrello grapes. The slight acidity, accompanied by good dryness, makes this beer very easy to drink.
