Karma Brewery opens its doors to unveil the brewing process, offering guided tours that not only showcase the brand’s operations from within but also introduce tasting journeys filled with flavors to drink and savor.

1 “BREWER FOR A DAY”
Ever imagined diving into the world of beer culture? Embark on a unique journey to uncover all the secrets of beer brewing. Experience it firsthand at our brewery, nestled at the foot of the Matese mountains. Led by our Master Brewer, engage in an interactive and captivating journey.
Participate in the beer brewing process yourself, witnessing stages from malt milling to pH measurement, OG, and OFG.
Indulge in a delightful lunch featuring a tasting platter of local delicacies, including:
- Assorted cold cuts and cheeses
- Local bread with Alifana onion cream, a Slow Food presidium
- Taralli biscuits made with beer bran
- Buffalo mozzarella
- All accompanied by a beer tasting session featuring Karma brews.
- After lunch, observe hop additions, transfer to the fermenter, yeast inoculation, Plato degree measurement, and spent grain cleaning.
- End time: 6:00 PM (subject to unforeseen circumstances)
PUBLIC COST: 1 person 55 euros – 2 people 100 euros

2 “BREWER LIGHT”
Short on time? Let us arrange a quick brewery tour where the production process is explained thoroughly yet succinctly, without delving into practical details.
Experience includes a tasting of 3 beers, a tasting tab, taralli biscuits made with beer bran, and lupini beans for culinary pairing.
PUBLIC COST: 1 person 25 euros
